I have never seen such incompetence in my life. The disrespect and disregard I have got from Telkom is ridiculous. If there was zero rating I would give Telkom zero stars. I have been to the store and called a million times and got the most useless consultants in my life. My issue is not one to be delayed for two weeks because I have made a payment and the only problem was the reference number (which had one missing number). It is now two weeks without any improvement on the issue just ****ing useless reference numbers. Worst of all, the consultants laughed at me without helping or solving the issue. My case number: ***4
