Have I been ****med???????????????

<p>On Tuesday moring i received a call from ********** - TELKOM MOBILE CONSUMER- they sold me a phone which I agreed to gave them my banking details and everything, a few hours later i googled the phone and realised its not the one I wanted. In a panick I called Telkom and was given number after number where I sopke to a TABISENG, very very unhelpful, irritated and rude B!%$£ if i have to put it that way, eventually I got a Telkom mobile talk number, this guy told me to call back after 24 hours, by that time the application will reflect, I call back today, still nothing on my ID number, I called Telkom again, nothing on my ID number then I was given sales directs number, nothing their either.</p> <p>No one can help me or see anything on my ID number, yet when you return ********** call it says you have been called by Telkom mobile consumer and they will call you back.</p> <p>I want to cancel this deal and I dont want no delivery to be made and no money to be deducted from my account, can someone please help me with this very frustrating experience.</p> <p>Are people being ****ed and Telkoms name is being used??????????????????</p>
