Hate telkom right now

Telkom is the worst network that I've ever associated myself with, the only thing they know is to rip people off and not deliver when it comes to their connectivity.

I find myself paying 990.00 on a contract of 245.00 which is capped mind you but today I'm charged for internet usage which we haven't used. So my question is did they think I wouldn't dispute such and is it the first time they doing such.

I just want the full outstanding balance so I can pay it and cancel this nonsense. Oh and they don't cancel their contract when it reaches its time they wait for you to do the cancelation with no contract because now they running such without my knowledge I knew that we had a contract of 24 months and I now on an extended contract with this nonsense network.
