Hate is a strong word.

Look I'll keep it short. If you have ANY alternative means of receiving your data please, for your own sanity, use it.

I have had 2 two year contracts, and the only thing that has improved over these years is the interior design of their shops. Their admin is absolutely atrocious and on both occasions I've had extreme difficulties in cancelling my contract with them.

Then when I tried to stop their debit order, I found out from the bank they change their reference number each month so their debit orders can't be stopped. Apparently Telkom is one of the only companies in South Africa that does this.

So yes, hate is a strong word, but if Telkom was the last data provider on earth, I would revert back to using smoke signals. It would be less of a hassle than having to deal with them.
