Has Telkom also been captured??
We are considering taking our +-R5000 per month billing away from Telkom and going to a private supplier, but thought we would give Telkom the opportunity to tell us what they could offer first (even though they have been overcharging us for years!!).
However, their sales department cannot even return our call (ref: AI ********** ), so clearly Telkom has no interest in even keeping its existing customers!!
Good bye Telkom (and dont cry when one day your staff dont have jobs anymore)!!
