Harrassment by Telkom

I don't have a contract with telkom at all. They keep on phoning me and say my router is due for an upgrade, and the more I tell them that, the more they argue, yes argue, with a "customer". I have told them so many times I am not the person they are looking for, they give a relative's name. I have asked them many times to remove my number and yet they still phone me weekly. I have sent a message on the telkom facebook platform and nothing happened. I have warned them about harrassment and they still phoned me for an upgrade a few times after that. I told the one guy I will put this on hellopeter and he rep**** by laughing and claimed hellopeter does not exist any more. So unprofessional and disorganized. Today I was phoned by telkom and I asked where they got my number from and the guy dropped the phone. Guess what I am not a customer and you surely put me off from going to do any business with telkom in the future.
