HARRASSMENT AND APPAULING SERVICE

The customer service is disguisting, when you open a contract with Telkom theyre extremely helpful and efficient but now that the contact has ended no one is canceling the God forsaken billing...I have called 3 times to cancel and when finally I get someone to cancel it and send me confirmation the next month DEBIT AGAIN! WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO FOR THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONE! I have paid the 24 months I had a contract for but now I no longer know what more they want from me..
