Harrasment from Telkom!

Where to start..... in January this year i cancelled my Telkom account where everything was paid in full.

I had another account in the minus where they owed me nothing much a R100 or so which i also cancelled 3-4 months back.

I still to date get billed on the account i cancelled in January! i have for at least 4 months phoned received sms's about disputes,(at least 5 of them) spent hours on the phone with the so called support i have even received confirmation over the phone where they say they'll re-reimburse me.

Last week friday i received a call saying they are from telkom credit side and i owe them over R2000! and harrasing me saying they will keep on phoning me until i pay the amount.

Monday this week i sent them an email and yet again i only received a dispute with reference no ********** 4.

I have had enough and I am forced to take this further!

I have heard and read on the news from people that suffer the same way i am suffering that Telkom even ITC listed some of these people this is unacceptable!!!
