Harassment where people dont even have accounts
I do not have any form of account nor do i have any signed contract but Telkom decided to handme over. P&P attorneys can not provide any form of cantract but sends daily sms's. They request a despute letter from me why do i need to sign any form of despute if i do not have an account. Court date was also requested and denied as they advised they will just send sms's. This is harassment.
Ref 40R007246: SUMMONS pending.Settle Telkom account of R 5131.41 by 3pm today or further legal action will commence. P&P Att. ********** 094

20 Oct 2017, 20:55Still awaiting on proof where i accepted a contract. Sosial media Telkom came back ant told me another department will contact me. No other phone call was recieved. Why do a consumer need to fill in papers provide bank statements if an acoount was opened **********ly and Telkom can not even provide there evidence from there side. They opened the acoount and listed me on itc yet they can not provide a signed contact.

I have even begged telkom to take me to court but noooo they just assign a new agency to harass me. Well done telkom you must have won the most pathetic award.
