Harassment, then threaten clients!! Stay Away!!

After receiving five calls in 2 days from the same Telkom call center number to offer me more contracts - I get annoyed. So when they phone me again I answer the phone and say "I said I'm not interested, stop phoning me!". About 5 minutes later another lady phones me very abruptly asking me why I am so rude to the agent. I explain to her that they DON'T STOP phoning me. The only way I can get them to stop phoning is being rude, because being nice obviously did not work. She then shouts at me and THREATENS me that SHE will either cancel my contracts or just MAKE THEM MORE EXPENSIVE!! I asked her - So who gave her that much power? - Then she slams the phone down. I phoned the customer care line immediately, insisting to speak to a manager or supervisor. "They are not available" and I gave my complaint with the promise that they will phone me to apologize. 48 Hours later - Still not a word. I AM DONE WITH TELKOM!!! STAY AWAY!!
