Harassment from Telkom's debt collectors

Telkom is quick to cut your services when you pay a full month but when you skip a month or two they hand you over. Debt-in has been harassing us and have been calling since just before 8am this morning. We made a double payment more than a week ago and they are still wanting more money. They push a person to a limit of swearing at them and becoming rude because they just don't care. Why not call and go after government officials that have stollen endless amounts of money from the tax payers and all the monies that have been squandered on personal gain and stop harassing a person for 5 or 6 000 rands.
