Harassment

Persistent phone calls from Telkom have been not only an annoyance but also an unwarranted invasion of privacy. SMS threats have been a continual and upsetting harassment. Numerous attempts have been made to point out that the information on Telkom's database is faulty, incorrect, WRONG! All telephone bills have ALWAYS been paid by debit order, while each time a house move occurred the contract was cancelled and a new one set up. Numerous instructions have been given to send an email stating all these erroneous claims of money owed - NOTHING HAS EVER BEEN CONFIRMED! Stop harassing me, Telkom. Please note: That one-star rating is wrong - there is NO star!
