Harassment by telkom debt collectors

My dad had a telkom mobile account but sadly passed away in 2018. We had contacted telkom to inform them of this and asked that his account be closed. This was not handled correctly and they accounted was handed over to debt collectors. I contacted telkom and asked them to please close the account as I have debt collectors harassing me. The account was settled with telkom and closed. However, due to ineffectient processes Telkom didn't recall the account from the debt collector. Now VVM debt collectors harass me on a daily basis.

This is unacceptable.
