Harassment by MDB debt solutions.

I complained on Hello Peter about Telkom in May how messed up their accounts dept is but they are at it again! I am being harassed by MDB debt solutions about an outstanding account. I spoke to Gloria, Thembi,Pauline and Nataniel ( ********** 990 ) and asked them to mail me the outstanding account that I can see what the account is for. Needless to say... NO mail and NO proof of the account but I am still being harassed by these people. Dear Telkom.. Please mail me the account? and tell these people to stop harassing me as I will no longer tolerate this gross incompetence!
