Harassment

I am very disappointed and appalled at Telkom, I had a two year contract from December 2022 to December 2024. With regards to my debit orders I have been overcharged because according to their systems I made late payments which is inaccurate, sometimes I made cash payments but they still took out money from account. My contract ended in December of 2024 and They are still harassing me stating that I owe them money and my bank is charging me banks charges for insufficient debit orders . I have been harassed over the phone constantly to take a new contract and take a number of subscriptions to which I declined and sent numerous emails . Yesterday they debited money from my account for a communication subscription which is very disappointing and upsetting. I am currently unemployed and I cannot afford to pay these bank charges for unauthorized debit orders , I have mentioned numerous times to Telkom to stop this harassment but they haven't listened. They have now blocked my number which is very unprofessional since my contract is now over with them and all payments have been processed. I do not understand how a professional business like this can make their customers feel so uncomfortable and stressed out .
