Harassment and POPIA Breach

Dear Telkom Customer Services / Legal Team

I am writing to formally complain about the ongoing harassment I am receiving from Telkom representatives regarding an account that does not belong to me. I have received multiple calls daily from your agents, despite having clearly and repeatedly stated that I am not the person in question, nor do I have any knowledge of them.

Your agents have continued to disclose personal information about this individual, which constitutes a serious breach of the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). This is both ******** and *********.

I hereby demand the immediate removal of my number from your records and a written confirmation that no further contact will be made. Should this harassment persist, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter to the Information Regulator of South Africa and ICASA, and may consider taking legal action.

Please treat this as urgent.
