Harassment ad threats from Telkom "agents"

I am tired of being harassed and threatened by Telkom or their allegedly appointed "agents". Telkom unilaterally advised me that they were cancelling landlines in my area as at 1/9/20. In my opinion they cancelled our "contract". I received several phone calls offering broadband services which I declined as I had arranged a VOIP service through my ISP. When the landline was not cut on 1/9/20 I was forced to personally cancel via e-mail on 13/9/20. This e-mail was acknowledged on 22/9/20 requesting a copy of my ID which was immediately provided. I paid for services up to 12th October which was a 30 day notice period. Telkom want me to pay basic charges up to 12th November 2020. They have threatened me with debt collections who have been advised of the circumstances via e-mail on 22 April 21. The latest harassment and threats are coming from a firm of Attorneys who have variously threatened a Letter of Demand and Summons and today the latest is to "blacklist" me. Telkom are not interested in the facts . If I could give them a minus rating I would do so.
