Harassment

This is very unacceptable and appalling from Telkom. My contract with them has ended December 2024 , but I'm still being harassed stating I owe them money , According to them it was due to unpaid debit order , then they blocked my Telkom number , thereafter in the month of march or so they ********ly debited me for a subscription I had no clue about , they kept harassing me thereafter about handing me over which was very disappointing and stressful, recently i received a call stating I have to pay a fee to them then only my contract will be officially over, like what the hell. Telkom which one is it , is it the unpaid debit order or the cancellation fee ? , you are very *********** .I have no idea what **** this is from Telkom but this is pure harassment, they are still sending me messages and phoning me , my bank is charging me bank charges for this ******** debit orders , Telkom this is unacceptable and I will take legal action if this permits , please stop harassing me .
