Harassing an 80 year old grieving grandmother

Cancelled my grandmothers contract both in store and online because they increased the contracts fee after my grandfather died. Telkom is threatening court action against my grieving 80 year old grandmother because they claim she owes them R3500, any attempt to resolve it through Telkom has been futile. Disgusting, boycott Telkom. I’ll leave a review on hello peter because the degree of insensitivity and sinister is mind blowing.
