Harassed for R0.85

If only we could rate in MINUS stars. I have raised this issue on Telkom's facebook page and have had been told more than once that it has been escalated and will be resolved. Every month they send me an invoice which increases by ONE CENT each time and the latest shows amount due as EIGHTY FIVE CENTS. Not rands, not hundreds of rands, a few measly cents. Why can they just not credit the stupid account. I have not had a Telkom line for more than 9 months. This IRRITATES me!!!!!!!
