Harassed by Telkom's Debt Collector, P&P Attorneys for an amount already reversed.

I closed my Telkom account in January 2020 after Telkom discontinued copper cable based services in my area in December 2019. Telkom did not inform me and my line was dead for a month before I was told the reason why. I have been receiving threatening SMSs from Telkom's debt collector P&P Attorneys since 18/3/21 for amounts levied after my phone had already been disconnected . I called Telkom on 18/3/21 *** and spoke to the consultant Thembiso Daniels who told me that the amounts would be reversed. P&P Attorneys have continued to send me threatening SMSs. I called Telkom on 26/3/2021 and spoke to Loyiswa Matebesa who told me that they would get the debt collectors to stop sending me these messages. I just received another threatening SMS from P&P Attorneys on 31/03/2021 informing that a letter of demand had been issued. I called Telkom again ***. I spoke to a helpful and apologetic agent called Zandile, however, I am not sure if Telkom will resolve this after the previous attempts. I am being harassed for an amount that Telkom has reversed. This is why I will not return to Telkom as a customer.
