Happy FIRST Birthday to my Telkom Issue

<p>It has been 12 months since this issue with Telkom started and still not resolved ! In June 2015 Telkom sold me a R1199/month deal which is still being charged at over R2500/month because it should not have been sold to me and hence it was loaded onto your systems incorrectly. Your staff agree that this needs to be rectified but are not able to do so – not from lack of trying – but because TELKOM SYSTEMS are not allowing them to do it.</p> <p>Telkom employee Nombulelo Nzima ********** ********** 248) originally was a great help - but only to a point and then handed me over to TDS. Reuben Ward ********** ********** 059) from TDS Old Mutual Cape Town has been desperately trying with no success since Feb 2016. </p> <p>Please contact Reuben Ward and find someone in TELKOM that can assist him in getting this 12 month old problem sorted out.</p>
