I'd like to thank Telkom for their refund on my account. We cancelled our telkom services a few months back when we moved premises and no longer required the service. it took a few months for the cancellation to reflect but we recently received a full refund for all the months that debit orders were taken but the service was no longer in use. Thank you Telkom :)
