Happy but not that happy

I love using Telkom but I don't like the connection problems I experience sometimes, especially when I lose money in the end. I purchased 1GB of data that's valid for 2 days on the 6th of Feb, expiry date was last night. I couldn't connect to the internet the whole day yesterday because Telkom was offline and I was roaming to MTN, the connection was non existent. Now I've lost more than 800MB
