Happy Anniversary

<p>Dear Telkom,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to remind you that I do still exist. We have a very important day coming up soon and I thought I’d remind you in advance (before you forget)….it’s almost our 1 year anniversary! Yeah!!! It’s been a long and tiring journey, I know.</p> <p>It took up a lot of my time, spending hours phoning after you…emailing you. It’s been an expensive journey, because I had to foot the bill each and every time we communicated.</p> <p>We probably eventually will have to sort out our differences, because you’ve really been ignoring me this whole time and it feels as if I am the only one trying in this relationship. You tell me to send emails upon emails to difference email addresses and responses I never get.</p> <p>I still can’t believe you expect me to pay for a service never rendered. You promised to fix it, but instead you continued to bill me. How come? I am still waiting for your reply, because all of this makes no sense.</p> <p>Lol!! Let me share a joke with you quickly…some people like to meddle in other people’s business!! A place called Blake and Associates started phoning me recently demanding I pay for those very services ‘never’ rendered by you….how come??</p> <p> Why do you ignore my emails and phone calls and get other people involved? This is wrong on so many levels. I understand all relationships have issues, but it’s really not necessary to speak to others about it.</p> <p>Now, this is probably my freaking 30th attempt to get a loooooong outstanding query resolved TELKOM!!!! Can someone who actually wants to work contact me and please not a call centre agent…I’ve probably spoken to all of them by now. I need someone who is not shy to use they gift called…the brain to contact me!!! Here goes nothing!!!!</p> <p> </p>
