<p>I would like to extend my appreciation to Vuyokazi Vika, Who is a call center agent. She managed to assist after Brenda Shikudu who is reporting to Nomfundo Zulu told me that i have to go Telkom Mobile Store, which am 140 Km away to. I was so unhappy with Telkom and decided to call again that is when Vuyokazi answered, verified all my details telephonically and resume my line. She is an asset to Telkom Mobile.</p>
