Hanging telephone wires

I have been trying to report via the Call Centre a Telkom pole with wires hanging from it and have had no success. These wires are now becoming a concern as they are coming into the yard and this has been the case since June last year (2015).<br> <br> Would you kindly assist with a way forward as this seems to be the only way to get through to Telkom to report such.<br> <br> Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you<br> <br> Regards<br> Ntlotleng
