Handset without headphones

Cellphone contract was due for an upgrade in October, I upgraded and got a new handset,however it came without the headsets I sent an email in a few days later after receiving the package I only received an automated email response I have tried following up but there's no response. Telkom service is kaak they don't deserve our support. I am canceling my contract with them and moving to a more reliable service provider who takes their customers serious.
