Handset Missing for almost 3 months

<p>On 1 May '16 I handed my handset in at a Telkom 8ta shop in the Pavillion Mall, Westville for repairs - no wifi or bluetooth conectivity...on 11 May I received a sms confirming it has been allocated to a technitian. A month later a enquired about the status of my handset...by 22 June I received a sms stating that the handset has been dispached to the 8ta shop in Pavillion and will take 4 days. A week later I went to the shop and my phone wasn't there. After numerous atempts to locate the handset, it is still missing and the ONLY answer I get from Telkom Customer Care and the 8ta shop manager is...'I will follow up and get back to you.' which they never do.</p> <p>It's been 3 months now and I still don't have a handset...anyone who can give advise on what steps I can follow next please??</p>
