Handset late by 3 months
I ordered a phone and it arrived after 3 Months, when it finally arrived it was a wrong order. every time when i keep calling them they always say they don't see anything on the system. its been two weeks now they said they will send a courier to come and pick the wrong order and send me a correct one and nothing still, every time i call them they say they don't see anything on the system

Yes i still have the device, i did not open it cause the order was wrong, and amazingly a statement was sent to me saying that i owe R1000.00 for the handset
i called you guys three weeks ago and i have been calling every week ever since that, and i keep getting the same response, "we will send a corrier company to come and pick it up withing 2-3 days"
