handset damaged whilst in care of telkom

my handset was damaged, the screen was cracked when i sen t it in for repairs!!! my adh was *******ly used to repair this. I have proof that i handed it in in a good condition, and a picture from samsung of the cracked screen when it reached the repair centre. who damaged my device!!! i need answers!!!
