Hands down the worst!

Hands down the worst service I’ve ever received from a service provider! Only been a customer for 3 months and every month there has been a billing issue and when you try and call “customer care” no one answers the phone. I then go to one of their branches to enquire and the service agent says he is just as confused as I am and refers me back to the call centre?? All good and well when they want your business but looks like service ends as soon as you sign on the dotted line!
