HANDED TO DEBT COLLECTORS INSTEAD OF SOLVING MY PROBLEM

Instead of resolving my complaint Telkom handed my account over to debt collectors. Can someone at Telkom phone me to fix this account. This has gone on far too long. I have been struggling since January to fix this problem. If you are not willing to fix the account, send me a lawyer's letter so that I can consult with my lawyer.
