Handed over without notice

<p>I would like to report Telkom Mobile (8TA) for their extreme unprofessionalism. I noticed on my credit record I am listed as default and contacted them regarding this, they were not aware of anything on their side when I supp**** my ID nr. I then called Telkom Head Office and spoke to one of the Key Managers called Magda, she then took all my details and the next day confirmed that accounts said i dont owe anything. I called Telkom mobile and explained this to them, where they insisted i owe them R3300 but on my credit score the amount of R2300 apppears, now to make things worse, I just received an email from some company claiming I need to pay R4,183.68 immidiately. This is unacceptable. I do not even know what this is for. Now my credit score is down the drain because of this unprofessionilism. I demand my consumer protection rights and this to be removed from my credit until they can follow the correct steps.</p>
