Handed over without any correspondence from telkom

<p>Telkom, next time you decide to hand over a long time account holder, please make more of an effort to let us know that we are in arrears. </p> <p> </p> <p>I was handed over for R336 without any sms or emails or calls from telkom. After phoning them they apparently phoned and smsed me which no voicemail was left, and no record of receiving an sms. the first sms I get is an sms from debt in(the collector). who have now added on interest so I now have to pay R377. </p> <p> </p> <p>So I will not be using telkom again, I will either go mobile or fibre for my next data package.</p> <p> </p> <p>And that is my rant over </p>
