Handed over to Lawyers!

I have tried numerous times to get in contact with Telkom, unfortunately it has now come to this... I have written numerous reports about Telkom, each time they reply with a reference and say it's being escalated. We have sent through a cancellation over a year ago and the cancellation has not been done, thereby leading to us being handed over to lawyers for not paying the bill! I'm so sick of this issue with Telkom, is it so difficult to do a cancellation? I have proof that on their system they have recorded the cancellation and a "Technician" was already sent out to pick up the mobile wifi device, which was never done! We have been trying to get a Technician to be sent out but it never happened!!!!!!!!! Case number: ********** 7
