Handed over incorrectly on up to date account

My mobile line was up to date but I was handed over by Telkom t NuDebt Collectors. I even settled the account before time to avoid further issues but I am still receiving messages from the debt collector. This is nothing but poor management of financial records. I regret upgrading my contract with Telkom and should have changed to a more reliable service provider. Rod Govender ***
