Handed over for WHAT???? *** TELKOM

I’m furious.

I cancelled my contract on 10 January 2025, as I was instructed by Telkom Key West FIVE TIMES before. On 13 January 2025. I was handed over to the useless company NU DEBT MANAGEMENT within 24 hours. How? Why?

Tumi from NU DEBT MANAGEMENT called me after I was handed over—what on earth am I being handed over for if this is not overdue or even due yet?!

Tumi made me confirm a debit order for R1818.70, as per the attached, which was debited on 28 January 2025. Now, Tumi wants ANOTHER debit order to be taken on the 1st of February. I’ve already asked multiple times (you can listen to the voice recordings) about my existing monthly debit order that gets deducted anyway.

Are you seriously harassing and threatening the wrong person here?

Get your facts straight before accusing me of debt or threatening me.

If this continues, I will take further action.
