Handed over for something I've been paying

I got an additional contract for R100 in May 2018 and the first month's bill was separate from my existing cellphone and home LTE statement. I then asked for it to be merged which was done and was advised to pay in R117.41 to close the old statement/invoice which I did and since then I have been paying one invoice for everything.

Now I've been handed over to MCS for something I've been paying for a year and a default listing is on my name because of your terrible admin.
