Handed over for an account that's up to date!

Telkom has handed me over for an account that's up to date. I have phoned their legal and they a bunch of idiots who cant understand what I am saying. Telkom makes you speak to a computer, you can never get through a consultant. You go into their kiosks and they say ignore the messages. Now they phoning my place of work and I keep telling them the same thing. FFS
