Hand-cuffed and held hostage by Telkom

I recently wrote a complaint on hellopeter's site, unfortunately it did nothing for Telkom to come forward and sort-out my contract cancellation, which has been hanging with them for more than a year already. I have absolutely NO debt, but they have hand-cuffed me by black-listing me resulting in that I cannot take out a bank loan with my bank I've been with for years, to enable me to pay for a ticket to have a family reunion with my children overseas!
