Half done job

<p>I app**** for a new ADSL line in October. Mid December it was apprantly signed off. Order ********** 47B. In spite of the fact that I informed Telkom the wire was dangling down the neighbours wall and hanging on branches and that the job done was just a patch job. The internet connection and speed is erratic and varies from 0.3mps to 1.6mps. 3G is faster. I was sent an sms to contact Vera Mhodi if there were poblems. I've tried several times today. The phone rings 5 times and then stops. ********** 908</p> <p>Looks like I'll have to cancel this line and use a data bundle from MTN instead.</p>
