Half-assed delivery

<p>Telkom after 3 months have delivered my LTE wireless modem and antennae. It is now 4 days later and I still have not been contacted for the installation of the antennae which is done by a 3rd party. After spending 4 hours trying to get through to their call centre I am at a loss on how to move forward. I have half a solution that I can't use because the backend processes at Telkom clearly don't talk to each other. It takes long enough for them to sell me a solution and then don't even have the capabiity to deliver the solution fully.</p>
