HALF A PACKAGE, HALF A DEAL, HALF PAYMENT

So I would like to share my experience with Telkom Mobile SA as I am very dissapointed in their service. I have been many years with them and then this one time they know how to mess up my deal. Firstly a lovely lady assisted me with my deal to upgrade and all was well. Then a guy called me and added another deal to my first deal and made a mess with my deal. My upgrade deal was a phone with a tablet (double deal). So today 5/2/26 I receive only my phone no tablet, but when I received a call last week I was assured that my both the phone and tablet will be delivered. So the first call I made to Telkom SA a lady answered and informed me that I will not receive a tablet I need to claim it on the members app! What a load of bull****!!! I informed here that no where on the doudble deal stood the words you need to claim your tablet!!!! The second time I called and spoke to another lady she informed me that the tablet will only be shipped maybe the following week!!!! I need my tablet as I do my work on the tablet and need to get my training done. Why send only the phone and a week (maybe) later receive the other package. I am totally disguested in this whole situation and I feel that I can cancel my contract and send the phone back. It there was no tablets in stock why not call the customer and inform the customer that you will only be receiving half of your package due to no stock. Communication is the key to success.
