Haddy excellent professional customer service

Hi I would like to bring to the attention to TelkomMobile to appoint and employ more people like Haddy from the Menlyn mall Branch. Most times when I was frustrated and wanted to terminate my contract with Telkom. Haddy was the only one prepared to resolve my issues s kept me a customer at Telkom. Maybe Telkom should get Haddy to train the rest of the personnel to that level. Haddy resolved issues where others failed numerous times. Their failure without Haddy’s interventions would have resulted in me moving away from Telkom.
