Had to wait 40 minutes to get a person answering!

Terrible call centre service! I had to wait 40 minutes till I got a person on the phone. I was kept on the loop with a terrible song. <br> <br> This happened after I filled out an online form to move my Fix tel line... and then they didn't know about this content as it was sent to another department. Who is running this process?! This is a terrible customer experience.
