had enough of being the last to find out

2 months ago I requested a line to be installed, they sent me an sms with a date and when the date came up no one came and I had not been notified of anything the same happend today 06/10/2015 I had gotten an sms that they would come and still nothing as well as no cummunication whatsoever I have tried calling every number that I could find and have had no answer in the last 3 hours of trying to just find out what is going on this is ridiculous! I had taken off work to be here for the installation and there has been absolutely no contact and I can also not get through to any shops or call centres to find out what is going on!
