Had bad pathetic service

I moved premises and a telkom tech came to install my landline for my internet. Not even 2 weeks later my cables are sticking out,it definitely was not connected correctly . I called 5 days ago as my business is on a stand still and I'm paying for a land line and internet I cannot use. They promised to sort it out by Christmas .. Today is Xmas eve and nothimg has been done. I am going to share my story all over Facebook and on twitter to let people know that telkom provides a **** service. They are *****s in the night. I have already connected family and friends to cancel the I packages. Never never again will I use them
