Had 10Mbps ADSL and now it is not possible
I had a 10Mbps ADSL line for quite a while and now Telkom tells me it is not possible. Apart from the fact that I have been paying for 10Mbps and they just tell me no.

The technician tells me to proof that I had a 10Mbps line. I don't have to proof anything.

I need someone with authority to phone me and take this further. If it is impossible then i need a refund for my ADSL since it is not possible that i had 10Mbps.

Then they just dropped my line from 10Mbps to 4Mbps and did not inform me or the accounts department. How is that for ripping your clients of.
