Hacked for 4 years

My name is Angela and I have been the victim of ongoing hacking, in which this company could never tell me who the person was. However I have discovered that between them and someone a ongoing continuos hacking has been done and this was done without my consent. I have gone to the police, as well as the cybercrime who had informed me that the only way sometimes is to put my HUGE PROBLEM on this site. I cannot believe that there is no one in the whole of South Africa that is able to help me with this. I have been subjected to continous cyber bullying and no one prepared to do anything about it. Does someone have to be ****ed by their stalker in this country before anyone do something?
